Nadia is a graduate of Michigan State University College of Law. Prior to receiving her law degree, Nadia spent 19 years working as a special education teacher and teacher consultant in several school districts in southeast Michigan. In this role, she was able to teach students ranging from preschool to post-secondary as well as train educators in best practices for students with special needs. Nadia is currently a member of the Council for Exceptional Children.

Originally from the Detroit metropolitan area, Nadia enjoys travel adventures and rooting for her favorite teams. She also likes to spend time with family and friends and has recently relocated to the Lansing area.
