COVID-19 NOTICE
PLEASE READ
The health and safety of all of our clients and staff is of utmost importance to us.
After carefully considering the potential risks posed by the COVID-19 virus, we have implemented a plan for our lawyers and staff to work remotely, effective March 17. While we will not be physically present at the office, we will be linked in to the office through our computers and phone system and we do not anticipate any interruption in service to you. We have plans in place to deal with mail delivery and incoming calls.
We will keep you informed on the status of any court matters. Many courts have closed or moved to a reduced schedule in which the courts will only hear emergency matters. Unless your court matter is an emergency, it will likely be adjourned to a later date.
If you need to sign documents, please speak with your attorney to work out appropriate arrangements. Please be aware, however, that we will not meet any clients in person if the client or a member of the client’s immediate family has a fever, cough, shortness of breath, runny nose, or has traveled outside the continental U.S. in the last two weeks.
As we navigate this time of great uncertainty, we want to do our best to minimize any risk to you, your family, our staff, and our families. Thank you for understanding. Please stay safe.
