Ashley Kagey

Ashley S. Kagey graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2020, magna cum laude, where she was an honors scholarship recipient and received Certificates of Merit in Torts I, Torts II, Contracts II, and Criminal Procedure. In law school she was the Managing Editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review and an intern at the Sixty Plus Estate Planning Clinic.

Ashley focuses her law practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, probate litigation, and elder law. She is a member of the Greater Lansing Estate Planning Council, and Probate Section of the Ingham County Bar Association. Ashley is originally from Okemos and completed her undergraduate degree at Michigan State University. She lives in Okemos with her husband, three daughters, one dog that thinks she’s a human, and one cat that thinks he’s a dog. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and reading.
